A good study habit: Focus and take a break

             A good study habit:

Four Study sessions of 25 minutes each, with 5-minute breaks. And after 4 sessions, take 15 - 30 minutes!

                       Taking a break is a sign of STRENGTH, not weakness.
               Detach completely from study or work. It integrates information!
