Stress management


Part of the Complete Study Course: 

 

We focus on nerves for coping with stress.
Awareness: How am I doing, now?

 

Positive feedback is the sensation of pleasure - that is what I want!


We sense and we balance our nerves between being relaxed and ready... Sessions are started of by noticing the breath in the moment (Without doing anything about it – giving it space and curiosity and seeing how it shifts on its own...)

Also... noticing what and who causes the stress in your life and making the list of causes and adding the solutions like

  • making time to breathe,
  • doing mind work (which is part of the course),
  • exercising,
  • vitamin B,
  • having a massage 
  • taking salt baths
  • walking bare feet on the beach or lawn
  • and less input and screen time!


We look at what to do in test or exam situations.

Choice is the control you have and it gives you freedom!
