Let's see time differently and

For example:
Imagine you are the captain of a ship, and the journey for today has 4 destinations (Your 5 min breaks are to the places where you'll be resting / stretching / drinking tea / or listening to your favourite song).
Set your timer for 30 min for the first voyage and GO (The first 25 min you can't be interrupted, as you are on the open sea. Attend to it by writing it down and get to it once you are in your break - the last 5 min before timer rings). The ring sets you on the next voyage.
